It’s been 20 years or so since I last visited a zoo, so this was nearly as new an experience for me as it was for Liadan.
Except for the Butterfly House. That was exactly the same as I remembered.

The documentaries are accurate – they pretty much just run around and stand up to look at things. They’re super popular as a kids exhibit.
