Djinn Martini

I spent this afternoon at Bass & Flinders Distillery, where I created my own very creatively named gin.

The result is dry and peppery, with hints of anise. It’s delicious as both a martini, and a Djinn & tonic. I think I’ve found a new career option, if this whole WordPress thing doesn’t work out. 🍸
