Today, I’m learning how to make Vindaloo – it’s fascinating learning where all the excellent aromas come from.

This is going to be a tasty lunch.

At The Brewery Britomart, an excellent little micro-brewery in Auckland.

This is probably the best gelato I’ve had outside of Italy.
For those playing along at home, the top flavor is feijoa, the bottom is orange and capsicum.

Oh, they were delicious. So delicious.
