Homemade vindaloo, homemade naan, and a White Rabbit. A good meal. (Creating homebrew is on my list.)

Today, I’m learning how to make Vindaloo – it’s fascinating learning where all the excellent aromas come from.

This is going to be a tasty lunch.

This is probably the best gelato I’ve had outside of Italy.

For those playing along at home, the top flavor is feijoa, the bottom is orange and capsicum.
